b. Timing.
1) Male: 55 minutes
2) Female: 65 minutes
2. 10 Kilometre Fast March
a. Marching Route. 02 x MIR standard running route
b. Timing.
1) Male: 85 minutes
2) Female: 90 minutes
3. Stairs
a. Climbing Route. 05 x 40 storeys at Queenstown. The lift will be taken down for each repetition.
b. Timing. Timing will be continuous and inclusive of the time taken to take the lift.
1) Male: 54 minutes
2) Female: 60 minutes
4. Beep Test
a. Running Route. 20m shuttles.
