am a NUS alumni who is currently working with Cornerstone Planners, an independent financial advisory firm.
As a representative of various insurers (Eg, MSIG, Tenet, Chartis, Ace, Liberty, NTUC Income), we are able to help students secure the best deals for their travel insurance based on their requirements at any point of time during the year.
For example, one of the insurers will be offering 25% off their single trip insurance policies from 1st April till late June and we would like to extend this offer to students. We also know of another insurer which will be offering a 45% discount off their single trip travel insurance plans in September.; We are aware that the various sports clubs will be organising several trips this year and would like to work together with you in meeting the insurance needs (Eg, Travel) of your members.
Apart from being informed on the latest promotions by appointing us as your partner, we will be able to help students with their claims. Students can contact us directly for assistance with their claims and do not need to approach the insurer for help.
We can also arrange for group discounts to be given to students.
Should you wish to find out more about the services we can offer, I can be contacted at 97291116.

Edwin
Will there be group training/conditioning before the trip?
Just to clarify, does NUS mountaineering club organizes a trip to Mt. Everest every year, or is it only this year?
Dear Willy,
We have quite a pool of trips in our Overseas Adventures listings and this is actually our first time organizing this! We are very excited about this and hope to continue organizing it down the semesters! Will be releasing details of the trip soon so stay tuned!

Hong Han

Hi Willy,
It is not possible to say for sure if this trip will be organized by MIR next year, as it would be dependent on whether a committee member is willing to lead the trip. So I would suggest to you to grab the chance to do so while you can!
Regards,
Dexter
