Time to meet: (To Be Updated by Wednesday)
Venue to meet: (To Be Updated by Wednesday)
Attire: Physical Training Attire (dri-fit clothing where possible) and running shoes.
Also, for those new members to MIR going for India TMC take note to please bring your own backpack with respective loads on thursday as our store may not have enough packs for all of you. We have 10kg sandbags you can borrow but please bring huge plastic bags to wrap the sandbags in because they sorta leak and will cause your bagpack to get all sandy after training. For those in MIR for some time already feel free to increase your own training loads if you are already comfortable with heavier weights.
Wishing all an enjoyable week ahead! =D
P.S. Episode 5: Ice Climbing Day 4 is out!
Cheers,
Hong Han
