It has been a long semester with heavier workloads and more intensive training(if you know what I mean). We have come to the end of our training cycle for this semester and it has been great training along with everyone! Hope that everyone have improved physically but more importantly, achieved a higher level of mental stamina and endurance to face whatever that may hit you. I believe Mountaineering is more than just climbing and whatever we have went through together will always stay within us because there can only be 1 MIR11!
For anyone who still desires to train this week, FEEL FREE TO JOIN Mera Expedition training!!
