Hope everyone has had a good CNY week! As I’ve mentioned previous post remember to consume lots of fluid after all your lou hei and CNY goodies we cannot afford any of you to be sick! This week we have OPS MIR CUPID! Check out the details:
Tuesday 31 January
Training Plan: 8km Endurance Run + OPS MIR CUPID
Time to meet: 1815hrs
Venue to meet: Outside MIR Store/Clubroom
Attire: Physical Training Attire (dri-fit clothing where possible) and running shoes.
THINGS TO BRING: Any of them, the more the merrier: Scissors, penknife, scotch tape, masking tape, double sided tape, staplers, blah blah blah, etc
Thursday 02 January
Training Plan: Long Distance Intervals + Calisthenics
Time to meet: 1815hrs. Approximate ending time is 2030hrs.
Venue to meet: Outside MIR Store/Clubroom
Attire: Physical Training Attire (dri-fit clothing where possible) and running shoes.
Saturday 04 January
Training Plan: Bukit Timah Hill Training (4 Sets)
Time to meet: 0830hrs
Attire: Physical Training Attire(dri-fit clothing where possible) and trekking shoes/boots.
Training Load: 12kg for girls and 14kg for guys. Do waterproof your stuff in the event of bad weather.
Venue to meet: Bukit Timah Visitor’s Center (Click here if you are unsure how to get there)
We really hope as many of you can come down for all the trainings! Tuesday’s one in particular as we really need all the manpower we can get for OPS MIR CUPID! Yes DUSK sounds too fierce for a romantic event =P Do help our publicity by spreading the word to all your friends and family! Anyway hope to cya and take care!
